說明： 依檢察事務官在108年4月9日指示，確定被告39人，包括表1、表2呈現之標號4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22, 25, 26, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 40, 41, 43, 44, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 53, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59（候選62人，最後一刻調整，以利偵查）。
自107年5月15日至今，原告戮力於澄清被汙衊之事、說明維護公益之必要性，希冀避免攻擊情況擴大，卻僅少數網民刪除攻擊言論。刪除者案例：如「Max」表達「自古以來對內心陰暗的文痞,刀槍拳頭是最有用的」、「Nini」表達「假檢舉~實勒索」、「變態偏執狂～」…等。原告在108年4月13日再度檢視攻擊言論（書面截圖p. 9-39、光碟檔案）。
